SUCATO LAW GROUP
Andrew R. Sucato is the Principal of Sucato Law Group. He specializes in estate planning, taxation, and real estate law. Mr. Sucato earned both his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees simultaneously from Santa Clara University. His Master’s degree studies had an emphasis on taxation. Mr. Sucato earned his undergraduate degree from Elon University. Mr. Sucato was born and raised in New Jersey and has an extensive personal and professional network in Bayonne, New Jersey.
Morgan P. Sucato is Partner and Head of the Estates Department at Sucato Law Group. Morgan earned her Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Public Interest Law from Santa Clara University. Additionally, she earned a CALI award for excellence in Appellate Advocacy. She went on to earn her first post-doctoral Master of Law degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law. Morgan earned her bachelor’s degrees with a double major from University of California, Davis. She studied Sociology with an emphasis in Law and Society; Political Science; and a minor in Global and International Studies
Morgan established herself in federal prosecutions for the United States Department of Homeland Security in Manhattan where she served as an Assistant Chief Counsel. As Assistant Chief Counsel she prosecuted hundreds of cases and served on the Fraud Specialty team.
She then transitioned into private practice and serves as a Partner at Sucato Law Group. She leads the Estate Litigation and Administration Departments.
